After managing several overseas subsidiaries at a major Japanese trading company and providing management and technology consulting services at major global consulting firms, he joined JBS USA.Since joining JBS USA, he led the growth of the ERP business and, as Director of Engineering and Sales, oversaw the IT infrastructure, system development, and ERP consulting businesses.He was appointed President / CEO of JBS USA in October 2026.

Mihoko Brown
CFO
With extensive experience in the aviation and international trade industries, Mihoko has held a wide range of management and administrative roles, including procurement, logistics, quality management, human resources, and accounting, while contributing to the management and organizational operations of U.S.-based companies.In addition to developing new customer relationships and managing export compliance, Mihoko served as Project Manager for ISO/AS certification initiatives, successfully leading the organizations through the certification process. Mihoko currently serves as CFO of JBS USA, overseeing all corporate functions, including accounting, finance, human resources, and legal affairs. In this role, Mihoko drives the continued growth of JBS USA while strengthening the organizational foundation needed to support its future development.
Yasutaka Goda

With approximately 10 years of experience in the IT industry serving Japanese companies in Japan, Singapore, and the United States, Yasutaka is responsible for sales and project delivery in the areas of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and digital transformation (DX) at JBS USA.
Yasutaka supports clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from identifying business challenges and developing solutions to coordinating stakeholders and driving project execution. Yasutaka has also been involved in numerous cross-border initiatives and multinational projects.
Hiroyuki Tomomasa

With 18 years of experience in Japan and the United States, Hiroyuki has supported ERP implementations for more than 40 companies, primarily using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. In the U.S., Hiroyuki established the ERP division and played a key role in driving its growth.
Hiroyuki currently specializes in DX and AI implementation, leveraging AI agents, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and MCP to bridge business needs and technology.
Takumi Hata

Takumi has extensive experience across a wide range of areas, including IT solution sales, service planning, and application development and operations. Through business expansion and customer support initiatives for local government services, Takumi has been involved in everything from developing sales strategies to driving project execution.
Takumi currently serves as a Sales Engineer at JBS USA, providing solution consulting and implementation support primarily for Microsoft cloud services and network infrastructure, helping clients advance their digital transformation (DX) initiatives.
Takashi Oba

With 25 years of experience in the IT industry in Japan and the United States, Takashi began his career at a major corporation, where Takashi gained experience in mainframe maintenance and web development before joining JBS USA.
At JBS USA, Takashi has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, including web marketing, the development, implementation, and maintenance of e-commerce platforms and business applications, as well as new business development and business consulting. Drawing on his expertise in both technology and business, Takashi provides comprehensive support to help clients achieve their goals.
Kenichi Sakamoto

Kenichi holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from a U.S. university and specializes in advanced technologies, including machine learning and generative AI. Kenichi has experience in system development and data-driven projects using Python and C#.
Kenichi currently serves as a Software Engineer at JBS USA, developing business applications and building AI solutions to help clients address their business challenges.
Niki Duong

With more than 10 years of experience working on projects across Japan, Vietnam, the United States, and Europe, Niki has been involved in SAP ERP implementations, business process optimization using RPA and OCR technologies, and project management.

Tommy has led a wide range of projects, including ISO 27001 certification support, PCI compliance consulting, large-scale system migrations, and security infrastructure implementation. As a bilingual professional fluent in both Japanese and English, he specializes in supporting Japanese companies in the United States, helping clients optimize their IT infrastructure and advance their digital transformation (DX) initiatives.
Yuto Yamanaka

Yuto began a career in IT system development in Japan in 2008 and has been involved in AI research and development since 2017. After relocating to the United States, Yuto supported joint development projects between Japan and the U.S. as a bridge engineer.
Yuto currently works on a wide range of projects, including IT infrastructure implementation with Microsoft 365 and Azure, cloud migration, and network and security infrastructure development. Drawing on more than 17 years of hands-on IT experience, Yuto analyzes client challenges from both technical and business perspectives, providing optimal solutions to address their needs.
