Kosuke Minagi
As the U.S. subsidiary of Japan Business Systems, JBS USA provides comprehensive, one-stop IT services to Japanese companies, primarily in California.

With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry across the United States, Japan, and Mexico, he has extensive expertise in business operations and organizational management, particularly in enterprise IT, cloud services, and managed services.
He currently serves as CEO of JBS USA and JBS México, overseeing the company’s North American operations. Through leadership roles at IBM Japan, JBCC Holdings, and other organizations, he has gained extensive experience in international business operations, collaboration between headquarters and overseas offices, and global organizational management.

Mihoko Brown
CFO
With extensive experience in the aviation and international trade industries, he has held a wide range of management and administrative roles, including procurement, logistics, quality management, human resources, and accounting, while contributing to the management and organizational operations of U.S.-based companies.In addition to developing new customer relationships and managing export compliance, he served as Project Manager for ISO/AS certification initiatives, successfully leading the organizations through the certification process.He currently serves as CFO of JBS USA, overseeing all corporate functions, including accounting, finance, human resources, and legal affairs. In this role, he drives the continued growth of JBS USA while strengthening the organizational foundation needed to support its future development.
Masaya Tatsuta
Director, Engineering & Sales
After gaining experience at a general trading company and a management consulting firm, he joined JBS USA. As Director of the Technology and Sales divisions, he leads IT infrastructure, system development, and ERP consulting services for both Japanese and non-Japanese companies across North America.
Drawing on his experience in international business and investment management at a general trading company, as well as business transformation and digital transformation (DX) consulting, he supports clients’ business growth from both IT and management perspectives.
Yasutaka Goda
Sales Dept.
With approximately 10 years of experience in the IT industry serving Japanese companies in Japan, Singapore, and the United States, he is responsible for sales and project delivery in the areas of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and digital transformation (DX) at JBS USA.
He supports clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from identifying business challenges and developing solutions to coordinating stakeholders and driving project execution. He has also been involved in numerous cross-border initiatives and multinational projects.
Takumi Hata
Sales Dept.
He has extensive experience across a wide range of areas, including IT solution sales, service planning, and application development and operations. Through business expansion and customer support initiatives for local government services, he has been involved in everything from developing sales strategies to driving project execution.
He currently serves as a Sales Engineer at JBS USA, providing solution consulting and implementation support primarily for Microsoft cloud services and network infrastructure, helping clients advance their digital transformation (DX) initiatives.
Takashi Oba
Business Solutions Dept.
With 25 years of experience in the IT industry in Japan and the United States, he began his career at a major corporation, where he gained experience in mainframe maintenance and web development before joining JBS USA.
At JBS USA, he has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, including web marketing, the development, implementation, and maintenance of e-commerce platforms and business applications, as well as new business development and business consulting. Drawing on his expertise in both technology and business, he provides comprehensive support to help clients achieve their goals.
Kenichi Sakamoto

He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from a U.S. university and specializes in advanced technologies, including machine learning and generative AI. He has experience in system development and data-driven projects using Python and C#.
He currently serves as a Software Engineer at JBS USA, developing business applications and building AI solutions to help clients address their business challenges.

With more than 10 years of experience working on projects across Japan, Vietnam, the United States, and Europe, he has been involved in SAP ERP implementations, business process optimization using RPA and OCR technologies, and project management.
He currently serves as an ERP Consultant at JBS USA, supporting the implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and helping clients improve business processes and optimize the use of their systems.
Naoko Higa

He has been involved in system, AI, and digital transformation (DX) implementation and business process improvement projects, providing end-to-end support for business transformation—from requirements definition and implementation to stakeholder coordination.
He currently serves as an ERP Consultant at JBS USA, supporting the implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and helping clients optimize their business processes.
Tomoyuki Uchida

A senior IT engineer with more than 15 years of experience across the financial, travel, and IT industries. At JBS USA, he specializes in the design and implementation of network and cloud infrastructure, as well as project management.
He has led a wide range of projects, including ISO 27001 certification support, PCI compliance consulting, large-scale system migrations, and security infrastructure implementation. As a bilingual professional fluent in both Japanese and English, he specializes in supporting Japanese companies in the United States, helping clients optimize their IT infrastructure and advance their digital transformation (DX) initiatives.
Yuto Yamanaka
Cloud & Network Solution Dept.
He began his career in IT system development in Japan in 2008 and has been involved in AI research and development since 2017. After relocating to the United States, he supported joint development projects between Japan and the U.S. as a bridge engineer.
He currently works on a wide range of projects, including IT infrastructure implementation with Microsoft 365 and Azure, cloud migration, and network and security infrastructure development. Drawing on more than 17 years of hands-on IT experience, he analyzes client challenges from both technical and business perspectives, providing optimal solutions to address their needs.

A Microsoft MVP in Business Applications with more than 16 years of experience in ERP and software development. He has supported the implementation and operation of Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple countries and contributes to the global community by sharing his expertise through multilingual localization efforts and technical blogs.
