JBS USA is pleased to announce that, effective October 1, 2026, Masaya Tatsuta has been appointed President & CEO, succeeding Kosuke Minagi. Upon completing his overseas assignment, Mr. Minagi will return to our headquarters, Japan Business Systems, Inc., in Tokyo.
Before joining JBS USA, Tatsuta built his career at a major Japanese trading company and a management consulting firm. After joining JBS USA, he served as ERP Manager, leading the turnaround of the ERP business, and then as Director of Engineering & Sales, driving the company’s IT infrastructure, system development, and ERP consulting business for Japanese and non-Japanese companies across North America. Drawing on his experience in overseas business and investment management, as well as business transformation and DX consulting, he supports clients’ growth from both an IT and a management perspective.
Commenting on his appointment, Tatsuta said:
